At PUR-EBLISS, customer satisfaction is our priority. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations, returns, and refunds are processed.

1. Order Cancellation

Before Shipment

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched.

  • To cancel, contact us immediately at +91 9412202333 or email info@pureblissheating.com.

  • If the cancellation request is approved before dispatch, a full refund will be processed.

After Shipment

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.

  • However, you may request a return after delivery if eligible under our return policy.

2. Return Policy

You may request a return under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product is unused and in original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or damaged products (not due to shipping)

  • Items returned without original packaging

  • Products marked as non-returnable during purchase

3. Return Process

  1. Contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving the order.

  2. Provide order details and supporting images (if damaged/defective).

  3. After verification, we will arrange pickup or guide you on return shipping.

  4. The product will be inspected upon receipt before approval of refund.

  • Refunds are processed only after product inspection and approval.

  • Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

  • Refund processing time: 5–7 business days after approval.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged or wrong product).
